1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OneQR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This is a generic SaaS template — have it reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
2. Description of Service
OneQR provides a platform for businesses to create a single QR code linked to a dynamic digital profile containing their business links, contact details, and payment options.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: use the Service for illegal activities, upload malicious or harmful content, attempt to access other users' data, circumvent subscription limits, spam or abuse the analytics system, or use the Service to distribute malware or phishing links. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions grant access for the plan's duration. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Free trials are limited to one per business.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, text, links). You grant us a license to host and display that content as needed to provide the Service. The OneQR platform, branding, and code are our intellectual property.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business results from using QR codes. Analytics data is provided for informational purposes and may not be perfectly accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your QR profiles become inactive.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
