Cookie Policy

Note: This is a generic SaaS template. Have it reviewed by legal counsel qualified in your jurisdiction before production use.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help with authentication, preferences, and analytics.

2. Cookies We Use

OneQR uses only essential cookies: (a) Session cookie — stores your authentication token so you stay logged in. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure (HTTPS), and SameSite=strict. (b) We do NOT use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Public QR Profile Pages

When a customer scans a QR code and views a business profile, no cookies are set. Analytics on public profiles use anonymous, cookie-free tracking (server-side visitor hashing).

4. Managing Cookies

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling the session cookie will prevent you from logging in to your dashboard.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we add new cookies in the future, we will update this policy and notify users.
